Experienced Medicare/Health Insurance Broker with a Financial Services background and actual Medicare recipient. Don services all of Colorado and 6 other states but specializes in working with clients on the west side of the Denver metro area.

Topic: Talent, Opportunity, and Community: Building Colorado’s Workforce Together Creating pathways that connect people to careers and businesses to the talent they need to thrive.

A thriving economy depends on a workforce system that supports both business needs and community success. This session will introduce the Workforce Colorado system, highlight local workforce board priorities, and showcase programs designed to remove barriers, expand opportunity, and develop a skilled workforce. 

Participants will gain insight into current funding challenges threatening workforce programming and learn how businesses can help sustain and scale solutions by becoming internship hosts, sponsors, hiring partners, and champions building Colorado’s workforce together.
