This session will introduce the Workforce Colorado system, highlight local workforce board priorities, and showcase programs designed to remove barriers, expand opportunity, and develop a skilled workforce. 

Participants will gain insight into current funding challenges threatening workforce programming and learn how businesses can help sustain and scale solutions by becoming internship hosts, sponsors, hiring partners, and champions building Colorado’s workforce together.
